How thorough an introduction do you want?

Game theory in a nutshell: every player opts for a strategy that (locally) improves his score for every given strategy of the opponents.

So far, I've read the wikipedia article. It's a bit short and I wanted something like, say, a 200 pages article...

I seem to remember most of my game theory comes from Scientific American articles.  Not very useful, I am afraid.
