I received an email stating that you should never use your cellphone while it is charging, i.e. connected to the outlet. According to the email, a man who was charging his phone, answered a call on it, and electricity flowed through the phone electrocuted him, knocking him down. What do you guys think ? Is that possible ?

Only if something was seriously wrong with his charger. And if that were the case, then a similar warning should be applied to using a toaster - Never, ever use one that is plugged in, as it might have a short and electrocute you!

That warning should also be extended to toasters, electric razors or microwave ovens. :P

Soap is especially bad if you are using a chainsaw under the shower.
