because I have been struggling to get any done.
The message-
error occured, file size exceeds by approx 0kb
is a little annoying the third time in a row.

The attachment directory seems to be full. So no more attachments can be added untill William fixes this (which would probably mean getting more quota, or possibly deleting old attachments)

Not as far as I know.
Of course you could put up a file on a site of your own, and link to it.

If you have any accessible location for your attachment, just put the url in between the [ img ] [ /img ] tags.
