Title: Crime stories- any ideas? Post by DeMark on Sep 1st, 2004, 10:47am I just want to ask all of you something... Well, I love reading, especially crime stories. I read all the stories about Poirot, Maigret, J.G. Reeder; Minette Walters' and Mary H. Clark's books. Can you recommend me something else? If you read something good, please tell me. I would be grateful. ;) |

Title: Re: Crime stories- any ideas? Post by DeMark on Sep 2nd, 2004, 6:02am Well, I wrote Poirot, that's Agatha Christie. And I completely forogt about Holmes! I read everything that I could get here in Croatia, even a few stories in English! He's my favourite! But thank you. Tami Hoag? I think that I read something... it's Quiet water if translated from English, I don't know the original name... |

Title: Re: Crime stories- any ideas? Post by EZ_Lonny on Sep 17th, 2004, 3:32am How about Jonathan Kellerman? Psychologist hobbying on crimessolutions, nice. Good environmental descriptions and some sort of whodunnit. Different from Christie, cause the evil-do-er is found with 50 pages to go in the story. Only problem is to have the criminal to admit his action(s) |
