It's an IQ test in Spanish Italian (I think), but it is using all graphic visuals, so there should be very little language barrier.

Some basic translations (all based on my knowledge of Spanish, so please forgive me if I've made any mistakes):

test qi Matrice numero: x  su  y = test question/matrix:  x  of   y
Inizio = Beginning
Precedente = Previous
Prossima = Next
Ultima = End

Vai al numero = Go to number
Calcola QI = Calculate IQ
