Can you solve the Hiroshi Yamamoto 1-2-3 Maze? It's the first on the Multistate Mazes (http://www.mathpuzzle.com/multmaze.htm) page.

There is also link to an answer on that page, but the answer apparently is not there...  ;)

In 15 moves: [hide]DDDUDUUURLDRDUD[/hide], or [hide]DDDDUUDURLDRDUD[/hide], which differs by only 3 moves in the middle.

All other solutions are obtained by adding "loops" to these two.



Another challenge is to identify the locations that cannot be reached from the starting point. There are [hide]two.       [/hide]
