In the code for encryption, aren't the last two characters switched?

huh.. ok now that I have the solution I see it doesn't matter.

However, there will be a small group of people that will have trouble solving this. [hide]Dvorak keyboard users, for one[/hide]

that hint is way too hinty...if you know what a dvorak keyboard is.
