How fast can you evaluate the ratio of the areas of the two triangles? (I´m already timing you).

What he said. :)  Just [hide]rotate one of the tirangles by 60 degrees[/hide] to make it obvious by inspection.

I guessed the answer before the thread loaded. First time I met this puzzle, it was two circles and a triangle - solved by [hide]adding an inverted triangle[/hide] which makes things obvious.

WRONG!

Because the circle doesn't touch the outer triangle  :P

But close enough.  ;)
