It should be obvious that first of all he posted in the wrong forum, which is what this thread asks specifically not to do. Secondly, it's bad manners to put your riddle just anywhere, least of all in an announcement thread. Each riddle should ideally have it's own thread, with a clear title, so that other people know what to expect from a topic, and can find the topic on a riddle they may be searching for.
It's simply common sense. And it's common courtesy to familiarize oneself with the rules of a forum before posting.

This is not the "Who Am I?" forum. This is just a thread in the Easy forum where William is asking you to post this sort of puzzles in the What am I? forum (http://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~wwu/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=what_am_i). (Click on the colored text - it is a link to the forum.) Post your riddle there in a new thread.

(All this time and I just noticed that this thread asks to post in the "Who am I?" forum, but the forum itself is called "What am I?")

Take long walks.
On warm nights, go someplace far from city lights, and lie on your back looking at the stars.
Go camping, get up before daybreak, go someplace private and watch the sun come up.

Or possibly, you could explain what it is that you are confused about, so we would have some hope of being able to help you...
