These books are written by the same guy, Alan Pease. I have read both and consider these the best in terms of practical pshycology.

The Definitive Book of Body Language:

Excellent overview of the subject, covers pretty much everything you would want to know in alot of detail.

Talk Language:

This concerates on your ability to communicate with people effectively. Easily the most useful book I have ever read.
