This is really nice set up. How in the world did you come up with all of this? What I mean is...well, I never did understand how people designed websites...Very nice. I bookmarked it.

When the list of topics (or threads) are displayed, you can click "Start new topic" at the top right of the list.

You have to be ouside of a particular thread. Click "wu:forums" at the top left, choose the appropriate forum, then you can start a new topic.

Honestly, the design is not that attractive. But it's simple where one can stay some time to read it. But it can be more attractive.

Counting left to right "Search" is the fifth link in the links bar just below the "wu::forums" header section at the top of the page:

There is a search. It's on the top bar. It's called "Search".
It's not very good, but it's there.
