Not really, I hadn't heard about it until you mentioned it. Apparently they'll take DMCA take-down notices into account in the page ranking now. So copying someone else's site and putting your adds on them will be penalized with a bad rank (or absence) in search results.

Then filter "Panda update" less Webmasters copy someone else's content. Google has long censored websites infringing copyright.  :-/

yeah, this webpage is not available, anyway one of my post disappeared from google search engine. is there a way to return its back to its previous rank?

Google is getting so smart about quality in the search engine and want to deliver high quality results so those updated tend to correct things, Penguin 1, 2, 2.5 and Hummingbird!
