Title: Hyperlinking
Post by K Sengupta on Jun 26th, 2007, 1:36am
I require some guidance in the process of hyperlinking a single word or a string of words to reference a given location.

Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to discern the precise mechanism from the given menu leading to a successful hyperlink.

My manual efforts were equally unsuccessful.

For example, trying for:
(i) less than sign href="location"> quoted phrase</a>; or:

(ii)  less than sign href='location> quoted phrase</a> failed to elicit the desired results.

At present, I am utilising the crude method of writing down the full physical address.

You should try using Insert Hyperlink tags; either click on the globe icon, or use Your Text Here (http://"Your Address Here").

Dude; you created an account just to respond to a year-old post that had already been correctly answered?!

There's over half an hour between his registering and that post; so I doubt that's how it went.
