Is there a number of posts that gives the entitlememt? I am just curious what the least number of posts needed to move on from a newbee or is it decided by the quality of the posts and determined at the faculity meeting of this forum?

The quality of the post doesn't seem to have much to do with it- its the number. However, I'd believe that most of us don't really attach much credance to it- its more what you type rather than what title you have.
I call in to evidence:
Asterix- a veritable champion around here, and not even a member.
Grimbal- there was an influx of frequent posters, KenYonRuKu, Raven, me and then after a while Grimbal. It took a few (maybe 3 posts?) to realise how smart ... and voracious at posting... he was.
Noke Lieu- Senior Riddler. What? How? Me? I can't even type properly half the time...

I was jobless at that time, early this year. This explains it.

No, I think they're 50, 150, 300 and 600
