Title: Sign in anywhere Post by Brion on Jul 30th, 2002, 4:22pm I'm not sure if you wanted a new subject for each person, or just a bunch of replies on as single thread, so here's my subject. Well done Mr. Wu! I thoroughly enjoy your website (found thanks to /.). I've set my company email signature to contain a single riddle for about a week. I've been selecting only ones I can reasonably resolve myself so I can give hints to those curious souls that actually read my signature. Thank you for making my emails more interesting! ;D Keep the riddles coming and I'll keep stretching my brain to solve them. Cheers! Brion |

Title: Re: Sign in anywhere Post by Pietro K.C. on Sep 6th, 2002, 5:10pm Some really interesting and hard problems; a combination difficult to achieve. Plus a good user interface. As a suggestion, maybe you could focus a little less on information-theoretic/communications issues problems and give other areas a bit more stuff. I suggest other parts of mathematics, like analysis, group theory or some more abstract computer theory problems (never mind sorting, give us NP-complete! :D :D :D ). But the bottom line still is: VERY cool site. 8) |
