Do we need to guess his first name as well, or just his last? "A" could stand for anything from Aaron to Axel, but his surname, I'd guess, is Friend.

Yep. Towr wins. His surname will suffice. I got this from Disclosure, one fantastic film, if you know what I mean. So, if you too like the mentioned film, perhaps it made quite an impact that we know his first name as well. Perhaps not.
