Silky smooth and soil Under a shaded tree Wrapped in fine-gilt foil There you'll dig for me Sometimes euphoric find Otherwise I'm fit for swine To each sublime in kind By man and God's design Excuse my super-simple riddles. I've been writing riddles for kids lately, but I thought this one was fun. The last riddle I posted, fell into Icarus' guidlines for easy riddle solving, so I deleted it before I left the site -- it's for the best

Icarus, I agree with your sentiment -- here is what I am referring to... from the riddle no legs have i to dance.... on Dec 11th, 2004, 7:36pm, Icarus wrote:I think, if I were to write instructions on how to solve these riddles, I would start off with: First, try out these words to see if any fit: Earth Air or Wind Water or River Fire Time 90% of all word riddles are answered by these.:: |
| ...the answer to that riddle was fire. It was a very easy riddle, although I assume beginners still come to this forum sometimes. Peace
