In a Hollywood Bar, there sits Arnold Schwarzenegger, but not Sylvester Stallone. Charles Dance, but not Bruce Willis.
What is the rule?

My first thought was acting talent, but Willis is the best of them, and Arnold is somewhat shaky. (Stallone it fits perfectly, however.) I, too, do not recognize "Charles Dance".
