He rode on a god to the heavens
And landed in the sea,
And the man that went up with him
Was named after a bee.

It was a memorable event indeed. (Well, for a few of us anyway Wink)

Indeed it was - but it is a lesser-known fact that one of them never existed ...

I don't get that, but I'm sure some people call this Chariot a Ship.

It may be called that (among other things) but what is that which you don't get? the riddle? or my crack about the non-existant one?  If the latter, it's all part of a government hush-up ... -> does "Gnorts!" ring a bell?

No, doesn't ring anything.  Huh

As for the Ship thing, I was referring to a thread in the "What Am I" section, but I didn't want to post a link.

Not Kevin, but you've got it.

Found it.  I think I hadn't done a thorough search before posting this one.

Gnorts? Oh, well -> The proper intergalactic salutation is "Gnorts." You see, there is no such person as Neil Armstrong - there never was - it was all a cover-up done by high NASA officials and other Government Agencies to hide the fact that the Apollo Lunar mission was really a pre-arranged meeting among probes from different solar systems. Unfortunately, the greeting, "Gnorts, Mr. Alien" was recorded and inadvertently sent to Earth, but when it was released to the news it was played backwards.

Where's the problem? This riddle is nice, I particularly like your beef-up.
