Need Software For A Houston Fence Company

I am a web developer in Houston TX. I just finished a website for a Houston Fence Company (fencebuildersofhouston.com). The owner of the company was pleased with my work and asked me if I knew of any software to help him with customers. He wants to be able to take a picture of a house or backyard and the software will use that image to show what a new fence would look like. In other words, it needs to show customers their house and display a fence based on the customers specifications. An advanced photoshop i guess. Another customer asked for the exact same thing, except he installs windows. Is anyone aware of a computer program that could accomplish this?

One option I found with a quick google search was cinema 4d. But you can probably do it in many other 3d programs as well, possibly even some open source ones.
