iTunes music folder

I had to move all of my music from my iTunes library to another destination. Now Every time I want to play a song, it can't find it. If I add the song from the current destination, it adds it back into where I originally had the file. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times now with no success. Can someone please help me.
