A quick task.

Last week-end I had a simple task to do.
 
It should have taken a couple of minutes, but as it happens it was so quick that I finished well before I started.
 
What happened?

Was your task to relax, to do nothing, and as it happens, you were doing nothing (in particular) before your task?
