A girl and a Boy

A boy and a girl are talking.
"I am a boy" - said the child with black hair.
"I am a girl" - said the child with white hair.
At least one of them lied. Who is the boy and who is the girl?

Or it's the one with white hair, since if they're old enough to have white hair, then they're not really qualified to be a girl. More of a woman. Though then I guess there can't be a boy and a girl talking

Of course, there's technically nothing stopping the boy and girl who are talking from being different to the boy/girl with the black/white hair, so it's very possible that the talking boy/girl lied about what they had to eat today - thus everyone claiming to be of a certain gender can stay that gender
