Skyscraper

Skyscraper There are two skyscrapers, 11 meters distant from one another. Rock is standing on the roof of the taller building, and he wants to get to the roof of the shorter skyscraper. It is 1:59 a.m. and he gets there at 2:00 a.m. the same night, even though there were no objects on the roof that he could use. How did he do it? Suspicion Tim walks into a room and instantly suspects that someone is dead, even though at that moment he saw no evidence that could confirm his suspicion. What happened?

Depending on how tall the taller building is, he could of ranjumped off of it. So much for elevators.

Suspicion: Well Tim was just suspicious that someone, somewhere was dead, there's very good odds about it you know. OR Suspicion: Tim was talking to Rock at 1:58 am and asked him how he was planning to get over to the other skyscraper by 2:00, Rock told him that he planned to use daylight savings to cheat his way around it, or he could just try to jump it like in the matrix. Timothy wished him good luck and walked back down to his office, two floors down, where he was working late. When he was in the staircase, he thought he heard a faint scream, but he dismissed it and kept going. When he entered his office, he instantly suspected that Rock had actually tried/failed to jump across the skyscraper. But that's just for me. Wow, I've been gone for a long, long time, I've missed getting to read these riddles. ~Roy

| They could by 11 meters distant vertically. I.e. one of them is a large arch that is going over the other one. He can jump to the smaller building in about 1.5 seconds.

Skyscrapers: Rock could be a giant. Or the buildings could be in different countries, with different time zones.

The room was colder than normal, he got a feeling of doom while his twin brother was waiting in his office... Rock could also simply have a jetpack or something - it never said he didn't have anything on him... kinda hoping he did have SOMETHING on...
