Montana's way

You're a newly recruited mobster Montana working for your boss Frank. In order to prove your worth to the organization and advance in rank, you agree to kill the snitch Raul. Frank wants him to die thanks to an explosive device with magnet, suited to be put under the car. Why? Because Raul’s greatest fear is to die like that. Your boss also said that you must activate and detonate this particular explosive while Raul is driving his car.
Frank was very specific about this, plus he sent his right hand Marty to supervise it. So if you kill Raul in a different fashion, Frank will outcast you from the organization, maybe even kill you. The thing is, Raul is very nervous and suspicious lately, and he often looks under his car to see whether there is explosive there. Still, is there a way to improve your chance to kill Raul as Frank specified and prove yourself like so?

You must put the explosive where you are supposed to put it, that is, under the car. Frank was very specific about it.

Paint the bomb black (or whatever color the bottom of the car is, works even better at night) or talk to him before he gets in so he might forgot to check the bomb as he is giving you directions
