Kill Bill 3

The suspicious policeman Jack stops Tom at noon, and checks the trunk of his car, just to see the spare tire only. Tom says that he is going for a swim in the lake, but the fact of the matter is, that he is going to kill Bill. So in the afternoon, the same day, Tom is returning with Bill's corpse in his trunk, and, being unlucky, he stops the car because of the flat tire. Right then, Jack is passing by, so he offers his help. Tom, of course, refuses his help, providing an awkward reasoning, so Jack takes over the conversation. Jack takes the jack from his car and orders Tom to open his trunk, thus he can help him to change the tire. So, Tom and Jack are heading to Tom's trunk, Jack happy he could please, and Tom quite terrified. But then, Tom does something, w/o hurting the policeman, which gets him off the hook. What?

Tom bribes Jack to close an eye on the rabbit (Bill) that he hunted without a hunting license. or Tom makes a proposal to Jack who is gay and as Tom guesses correctly, is not really interested by what is in the back of the car. or Tom punctures another tire, so what is the point of changing one? or Tom tries to open the trunk but "accidentally" breaks the key in the lock.

Tom threw up, barfing all over Jack, and he feigned food poisoning. Jack quickly drove him off to the nearest hospital. or a variable to Grimby's answer; Tom made a proposal to Jack, pretending to be gay. Jack, a straight heterosexual man, became scared, and went away.

Hmm... Maybe, just maybe, this guy keeps his jack in the glove compartment, and not the trunk. There are jacks small enough to fit in there, if everything else is cleared out.

For most car nowadays, isn't it possible to pop the trunk from the driver's seat ? ( In fact, there's a model which the trunk could only be opened from the driver's seat; there are no locks on the trunk itself )

That situation looks familiar to me, as if there was a riddle like that already or I saw a movie recently.

To deal with the trunk opener inside, just lock yourself out. In the movies why do they make it look like keys are as flimsy as a saltine cracker. I know I would need tools to break mine. I think in Terminator 2 the woman breaks a key to make it tough to open a door. If your key has an electronic transmitter to unlock the trunk breaking that will look pretty suspicous too. Here are some suggestions: Claim it is your 2nd flat of the trip and now you don't have a good spare. Say you only like professionals working on your car, and that you prefer that AAA fix it. Afterall, you paid your annual membership dues, might as well use it. Tell him your engine is making strange noises too, and have the cop check the engine while you do the tire. Say that while at the lake you captured a pet squirrel for your son which is running around in the truck. You only want to open the trunk after you get the car inside your closed garage so the squirrel does not escape. Tell the cop he can help but can't look in the truck because his birthday present is inside. You can even have a clear conscience on this one, since it need not be a lie. For Jack's birthday, just give him Bill's clothes.

There is a simpler answer. Just tell the cop you don't want to open the trunk and you don't consent to a search. He can't go in there without a search warrant.

| I don't think that's strictly true. If there is sufficient cause, I don't think he needs a warrant first. Say, if he were to hear someone screaming from the trunk (which isn't likely with a corpse, but I'm speaking in general).

This riddle is not that good. On what page did you find it orange_cat? If you’re looking for my older riddles, I must warn you that I had only a few brilliant ones. See what I mean?

Other possibility: -Tom flashes his FBI super-agent identity card. - Tom mentions the numerous insults that Bill spoke about Jack. Jack replies "That scumbag! If he ever needs me, I won't move a little finger. Now open this trunk". - Tom said he found Bill drowned in the lake.

That's good news all round. Not only knowing when enough Kill Bill 3 is enough, but knowing that a director who thinks he's the most important thing about a film is never going to get Bond.
