Pretty basic. Flying upside down for any amount of time would certainly make it hard to actually release bombs, or do much else besides pilot a plane. I disagree.  As someone who has done a great deal of flying and spent a large amount of time upside down, I feel that the sensation of having blood rush to your head is more stimulating than blackout-causing.  It really only makes your feet fall asleep, not the rest of your body.  Next time you fly a plane try it.  It's really quite stimulating. When you say ground, I think that's a pretty good answer.
