A very rich man named Fred lived in a very large mansion. His best friend was his night guard, bruce, and his second best friend was his day guard, dave. One day, whilst Fred was in the middle of his pre-flight massage session, Bruce burst in. 'I had a dream last night. I dreamt that the flight you are about to board is going to crash and you will die. I beg you not to go,' Bruce said. So Fred didn't go, and sure enough the plane crashed. 'Thank you for saving my life' Fred said to Bruce, 'Here, have £10,000. But I'm sorry to say you won't be working for me anymore. You're fired,' 'Why did you fire him?' Dave asked. And that is the question you must answer. Why did Fred fire Bruce?

A night guard shouldn't "have dreamt last night". At least, not unless it was his day (night) off.
