No, also, i just checked another place for the answer and it has a different answer in which they don't have to be related(brothers{twins,clue}) but for one answer they are.

Well, as my sentence was supposed to suggest; they don't want to live together, but can't (both) live apart.
They might share a liver for example. And half a liver won't cut it, so someone will have to go without. And being a vital organ, going without is rather hazardous to one's health.

The other answer in which they don't have to be related grimbal has a lead on in one of his answers with the other guy not being human
Another clue for the other answer: imagine there is a very reflective mirror. combining that with not human, what do you get?
