AdmiralMichael has posted only once, starting this thread 10 months ago. He has never said anything since. So while additional clues would be helpful, I think it likely that this thread has been abandoned.

There is one additional clue, the title. "Double Salutations" can mean that the two people you meet after the two turns are the same ones you just met before your turns (aasumming the other two people do two right turns after the first meeting) so as to meet again around the block.

Umm, I just modified this thread a little earlier to give it the title "Double Salutations". It was originally titled "I hope this is in the right place...", which I took to be a reference to whether or not he was posting it in the correct forum.
I have no idea what AdmiralMichael intended, so my made-up title - based on the fact it says you meet two people (and so offer them salutations) doesn't have anything to do with the intended answer.

Ah...Since I just looked at the thread for the first time, I was under the impression the title was the original one.
Under the circumstances, my guess would unlikely be the intended answer.

My guess is that this is a reference to some pace known as "the street", for example if it meant Downing Street, then the two people would be the horse guards (along Downing Street from #10, then two lefts).
