Mark is asking his friend John to lend him 100 dollars. John says: 'If you could guess the name of the object I have in mind, I'll give all 100 dollars to you'. Mark starts guessing at random. 'Knife' - 'No', 'Pencil' - 'No',  'Glasses' - 'No', 'Tent' - 'No'. 'Well, I must be off' says John, 'and have a nice day'. 'You too', salutes Mark. John stops, turns around and hands him 100 dollars. Why??
