trouble posting

Hello,
I started 2 days ago to have trouble posting messages ... the system thinks I'm trying to spam. I've spent lot of time thinking about what I wanted to type, then when I'm ready to post, I went to click on the "post" button I'd lose everything I typed.
Could someone offer any suggestions?

I take it just hitting the back button in the browser doesn't work? The only thing I can think of in your case would be to a) include fewer links in your posts, and/or b) do a quick copy-paste to notepad or suchlike to save your post before submitting.
