Let P(n,r)=(n-2)r^2/2 - (n-4)r/2 for n>=3, r>=1 integers
Let ABC be a triangle with P(n,a)+P(n,b)=P(n,c) for some n where a,b,c are the side lengths.  
Find the minimum and maximum value of the angle C.
