I've come up with something entirely new.
(At least it is new to me...)
I imagine that many of you haveplayed boggle before- it's word game

Given the complete results from a 3x3 grid, can you reassemble the grid for me?

But that's the answer

S has 7 neighbours so must be in the middle. H has 3 other neighbours so cannot be in the corner.
H has neighbours CASE. remaining letters are ROTR. according ORchesTRa the three spaces not neighbouring with H (occupied by three of ROTR) must be connected to fourth space not occupied by CASE.
C cannot be at the corner as it is connected to O. So A and E must be at the corners. As A is connected to the R, the corner between H and C is occupied by E, and A is in the corner between H and R.
Both O and R are neighbours of C so T must be in the corner not neighbouring with C.
Both remaining cases (O and last R can be switched) allow all written words.

ROT, TORCH ... are just in case with R in the corner ...
TROCHE ... is just in case O in the corner ...
