so theres a midget, he goes down in the elevator everyday then a t the end of the day he goes back up the elevator ONLY when there is another person in the elevator or when its raining otherwise he takes the stairs. why is this?

You have to work on your delivery. The fact that he's a midget is typically the crucial thing you need to figure out.
