Limerick? Although I'm not too sure about how well it scans... Doesn't stop it involving some puzzle in deciphering what it is describing, though.

Limerick, yes that's the one. US and Brazil are pretty close, so I don't think it's correct. US and France is the correct answer, I jsut checked up in one of my books . Well done.
