It is sposed to be a word or a string or something..
Crypto 2:
"Still the base..."

I find the first crypto rather cloudy.
Although 96 2A 91 96 91 2A A5 A1 99 A8 92 2A 96 A6.
Knowing "What is the base?", this one wasn't too difficult.

It's always a good idea in such cases to try and find the right base. 
So look at what digits/letters appear, especially the largest one.
Next, try to interpret the number you arrive at (using your guessed base) using a widespread or standard code. I wonder what code one could use on a computer...
If you don't arrive at a meaningful text, it's either because you used the wrong number-to-letter conversion or because of the wrong base: Try again.
If you do arrive at a meaningful text you should be able to read my previous post, too.
