If you expect an answer with a few hours you're on the wrong forum. If you expect an answer on a question that doesn't interest people just because you asked it, you're also on the wrong forum. I for one don't think the color of a product has much impact on it's health value

| You'd be surprised - I hear (from the usually reliable Ben Goldacre) that there are drug trials showing that the colour of a pill affects the patient outcome.

By means of placebo effect... But if you put a green product in a blue pill, then the greenness has no effect.

| Colour is a surface property rather than a bulk property - at best you can say that, were you to cut into the bulk, the newly exposed surface would be green. If the surface layer is blue, then it's a blue pill, whatever you put inside it...

I am not sure this is really about color. Green tea is green because the preparation minimizes oxydation. So asking whether green tea is better than black tea is asking whether oxidization makes tea less healthy. That is plausible. But it doesn't have anything to do with how it is percieved by the eye. On the other side, the color does affect the placebo effect.

Sigh ... almost everything is good for something and bad for something else. Some day you'll read an article in newspaper about how good some stuff is in preventing disease X, some other day you'll read in some other newspaper, that that same stuff is causing disease Y. ... happened to me many times.

Green tea is truly beneficial for good health. People who suffering with cancer diseases they should must drink, it's also good for anti-ageing people, helps to weight loss and maintain cholesterol level as well. You can also get shiny skin with drinking green tea two times per day.
