I know most of you guys don't read the series (or pretend not to). But then again, most of you seem to have read Harry Potter, so I guess this is not that much different. What do you guys think of the series ? Personally, I found it to be refreshing. Never thought the greeks could be...cool. Between Percy and the God of War, I'm pretty much swamped with Greek theologies. Although their Roman counterpart never seemed that cool, don't know why.

I've never heard of Percy Jackson (and I've only watched the Harry Potter Movies). But of course the Greeks are cool. Some of their plays are darn good, even 2500 years after they've been written.

No, I haven't heard of it either. I'd assume that it's an adaptation of the stories of Perseus to modern day life. Rollicking good stories they were too.

Oh, wait, now that I looked it up, I think I may have seen something about it once upon a time on a program that discusses movies. The name just didn't stick at all; or anything else much about it.

Ok ok, I get it. I'm the odd one out. (Well, that's not really a new thing here ) That's the end of this topic, I guess. on Jun 9th, 2010, 7:45am, Grimbal wrote: Hey, Grimby, what's with the lah ? I thought only Malaysians use that as an interjection.
