I've been following the campaign to get rid off IE 6

Here: IE6 Must Die for the Web to Move On

http://mashable.com/2009/07/16/ie6-must-die/

and here

http://www.bringdownie6.com/

to replace it with IE 8.

I've been watching IE 8 video presentations

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/videos.aspx?mname=how to_compatibility

I'm also considering installing Google Chrome.

The following article

http://www.slate.com/id/2243727/

says that Google Chrome is better than IE and Firefox.

Does anyone use Google Chrome side-by-side with Firefox?

What's your take on all of this?

If chrome installed where I wanted it to, then I might consider it, but I have low tolerance for programs that don't do what I want them to.
Besides, does it even have no-scipt and adblock plugins?

On Mac : it's a recent feature.
On PC : there have been extensions (including Adblock) for a while.

I think I will rely on the expert opinion of the creator of no-script and put little stock in the abilities of that adblock extension.

I've used firefox for quite some time now, I still think it's the best browser there is. For some reason, I'm not comfortable using Opera, but Chrome surprisingly is quite good so far, though I have to admit I've only been using it for a week or so.
