Ones not memorable enough to remember the names of. For example, I played two versions of a a flash game that were like this, excepts for the 'blocks' not dropping to the bottom row. So this is only a minor variation to that.

No, not Chain Facor, but I suppose it's not important. If a game wasn't made because a similar one already existed, just about every shovelware title would be done, and I wouldn't be able to play Splume. Though the thought of all Crayon Physics clones dying out is a tempting one… Anyway, with no level limit, I suppose it can actually be enjoyed, so there's that.
