Since Wu has been AWOL, is it possible that we move the forum and make another one with 2 admin, so in case one goes AWOL, the other can continue?

Well, without William, there would be no feasible way to transfer the database; so essentially it wouldn't be moving the forum, but starting from scratch (as far as content is concerned).
And of course there's the problem of finding a stable, reliable server.
William can still be reached by mail if there's any big trouble though, it's just that he has no time to work on improving the forum. Or solve puzzles for that matter.

I understand now, but if he can't edit it, can't he give the password to you or Icarus so you two can maintain the website?

The site is on University of California at Berkeley's servers. Since neither towr or I have any relation to Berkeley, I doubt that we would be allowed to be in charge of the site.
