Do you know of any good web sites for discussing sections of books in detail online? Here's a good example of this for a book that is freely available online: http://www.andamooka.org/reader.pl?pgid=kde20develch03lev1sec5 But what can be done when the book is not freely available? One possibility is to have another version of the book for discussion purposes. This version could include all the section headings, formulas, definitions, theorems, etc. but would leave out the main text. Readers would be able to copy/paste from these visible parts to facilitate their discussion.
