Why would knowing that the flag of the USA has thriteen stripes make a South African (or anyone for that matter) a genius, Or even bring him/her an inch closer..
Surely they're not that daft at mensa. Must've been someone else to attach their name to it..
And three times it comes down to knowing how many books are in (parts of) the bible.. Weeee, being a Christian really pays of if you want to be a genius. Better by default.
Archimedes wouldn't have gotten any of these..
He couldn't write english

Putting aside all these useless discussions about what constitutes a genius, how many sentences are you able to decypher?
I made 17 so far (13 Strips not included - silly me, I didn't know that).
Only now I realize how stupid I am!

I got all 33 on the first quiz (helps to have seen something similar a few years back), and, so far, 18 of 20 on the first "alixtended questionaire." Haven't looked at the second alixtended yet...

I too have seen this before, but my memory is not so good. I can only get 22 right now.
I will point out, though, that the last one in the original puzzle has a grammatical error in the form of the answer he wants. Problematic when it expects you to answer exactly!

Ha! Just got 18 H on a G C! My genius status is assured! I also just got 90 D in a R A - particularly embarrassing for some one like me to have not recognized it earlier! And a couple more (obviously I should of started this reply earlier - just typing it out is causing me to recognize them)!
(Just for the record. I strongly doubt that MENSA had anything to do with this. For starters, I think they would not make thy grammatical error I mentioned above.)
The ones I still am unsure of:
5 T on an F
3 W on a T
13 L in a B D
9 L of a C
23 P of C in the H B
64 Sides on a C B
6 B to an O in C

Can't figure out 23 P of C in the H B, but the other one which keeps coming up false is: 32 is the T in D F at which W F. I'm guessing someone's spelling is wrong, as I think it's: 32 is the Temperature in Degrees Farenheit at which Water Freezes. Maybe someone could suggest where I'm going wrong...
Oh, and as a general remark, never use an apostrophe in the answers - the guy who set this doesn't seem to like them, for some reason...

Remember that this is Australia, they do things differently.
Around here you normally see 16 B on a P T, although, 22 B on a P T (or a S T) would actually be closer to what he has in mind.

I'm not one for whining, but here are four really easy ones. Remember it's not living in the UK that helps, its figuring out what they mean cryptically speaking. By the way I got all 4!

5 C on T T
646 S in the H of C
21 S in a G
Rating:
0-1 = you're still learning multiplication tables and you're hoping to finish your first reading book real soon
2 = there isn't a two letter word that you cannot spell - forwards and backwards!
3 = you know what all those cool buttons do on a calculator
4 = off the scale genius; we are not worthy!

I really dislike these types of ambiguous riddles. A true measure of intelligence should be finding at least two answers for each one. Of course, I can think of at least three for 8 T on an O! 
8 tentacles on an octopus
8 triangles on an octahedron (slightly dubious, as this is not a necessary condition)
8 toes on an osprey
