I know the answer to the 100 light bulbs

The 1st night the light bulb is off, so begining with the first night a prisioner who is ramdomly selected turns it on and this practice continues with each prisoner who has only been selected once. ( if it is his second time at the light bulb he does not turn it on) When the light has been on 100 times that prisoner says all 100 have been there.

But to do that, each prisoner would have to be able to see the light bulb from their own cell, and it's stipulated in the problem that they can't.
