If it fits the smaller ones, surely the other way also works, i.e. lilies can be in the medium size one and then there are too many options to solve (but it is solvable). From the three boxes, you can still smell them, do not touch, do not destroy, but lilies have a strong smell, so you can find the real one. Now, open one of the remaining two and you figure out the colour of the other two.
