Wrapper Reversal

On Valentine’s Day lovely Barbara received three boxes of chocolates. One was all plain chocolates, one was all milk chocolates and one was mixed plain and milk. Before she could try any of them, her annoying little brother changed the wrappers round so that no box had the correct wrapper. If Barbara is only allowed to test the contents of one box, by trying just one chocolate from it, how can she choose so that she can put the wrappers back correctly?

Choose the box marked 'mixed'.

Milk and plain chocolates are like Apples and Oranges (in other words, we've seen this problem before with fruits rather than chocolates)
