Please stop posting one riddle in multiple sections of the forum. It's annoying. As for the riddle, there's at least three loopholes, either of the premisses might be false, or they may be case sensitive.

My guess is The first premise implies you eat food purchased from Burger King while the second premise implies only that you are physically located at Burger King when you eat. The loophole: Bring your own peanut butter and jelly sandwich to Burger King and eat it while there.

If you are already sick when entering the Burger King then the claim does not apply

Premise 2 and Claim are two mutually independent events whereas Premise 1 ia conditional statement where the consequence depends upon the occurrence or non-occurrence of the condition.

Also, I don't think any "Burker King" establishments exist.

"Burker king" and "Burker King" are different things. or: What is a loophole? Loophole 1. an ambiguity (especially one in the text of a law or contract) that makes it possible to evade a difficulty or obligation 2.a small hole in a fortified wall; for observation or discharging weapons
