Could it be that you have to read the question the other way and when it says "the only missing letter", it means the missing letter that is needed to make "only" into another word? Only problem is that i can't see the other word. None of the letters seem to make sence. But that's probably just me being slow...

Technically, no, although some would find it much more difficult.
A couple of related questions to think about: what is the name of the symbol at the end of this sentance? Does that name have any notable properties?
