A contingent of soldiers is constituted in the form of a hollow square (P2 + 1) deep ( P is a positive integer), when it was observed that with the induction of an additional ( 2P2 + 1 )2 soldiers, it would be possible to form a solid square with the number of soldiers in each side greater by P(4P2 + 3) than the positive square root of the number of soldiers in each side of the hollow square constituted previously. Given that the original strength of the contingent was 323440, determine the number of soldiers in each side of the hollow square formed previously with members of the contingent.
